Internet Safety In-Person
Join us for this one-hour event run by RIT Computing Security accelerated master’s students in the CyberCorpsⓇ Scholarship for Service (SFS) program to learn how to stay safe online! The event will cover social engineering, safe internet usage tips, and the red flags of email scams. Participants will also be given the opportunity to ask students general questions about cybersecurity and any fears or curiosities they may have. No technology experience is necessary!
If you need ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreting, please check the box on our registration form. Given 48 hours notice, we are able to provide ASL interpreting services for our programs. Please contact Sarah Dennison (sarah.dennison@libraryweb.org) for further information.
