Meditation 101 In-Person
This class is perfect for beginners, the curious, or for seasoned meditators. You don't have to be a master to experience this ancient art by having someone guide you through the process. In this class, you will learn what meditation is and understand the effects it can have on the body. It will be followed by a powerful group meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed, connected, and inspired. You will be able to take these techniques with you to incorporate them into your daily life. Presented by Lori Goldsmith, Certified Health Counselor.
