HPL Trustee Info Session In-Person

Are you considering volunteering as a member of the Library Board of Trustees? Do you have questions about what a trustee does? Our Library Board of Trustees helps chart the library's future by setting policy, overseeing the library's finances, and setting strategic goals. In this information session, the Library Director and current board members will cover some of the basics about how the library works and what a trustee does. You'll find this especially useful as you consider joining the board or a board committee.

This info session will meet online using Zoom. Some basic knowledge of how to use Zoom is required, such as how to join a meeting. Email invitations will be sent out to registrants 12-24 hours in advance. Don't know how to use Zoom? We've got classes for that! Check out our full events calendar for dates and times.

Closed Captioning: Given 48 hours notice, HPL has the ability to offer Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) Services for this event. Please contact Amy Discenza at amy.discenza@libraryweb.org to make a request.
