Guided Meditation Series

A regular meditation practice can help reduce stress, increase clarity, and promote happiness. Join us for the third session of a three-part guided meditation series with Lori Goldsmith of Upstate Wellness. She'll lead participants through a 30-minute meditation and offer up a few tips to help you elevate your home practice. You don't need to commit to all three sessions; come once or as often as you'd like. 

The Guided Meditation Series will meet online using Zoom. Some basic knowledge of how to use Zoom is required, such as how to join a meeting. Email invitations will be sent out to registrants 12-24 hours in advance. Don't know how to use Zoom? We've got classes for that! Check out our full events calendar for dates and times.

About the presenter: Certified Health Counselor Lori Goldsmith, is the Owner and Founder of Upstate Wellness. She works with groups and individuals to create a more balanced lifestyle through nutritional planning, adopting a mindfulness practice, and stress-reduction techniques.
