Plant-Based Meal Planning In-Person
The hardest part of any new lifestyle, especially Plant-based (or vegan), is sticking to it when you get busy. Meal planning is a simple tool that can be shaped to fit you and your family’s needs while sticking to a plant-based lifestyle. In this class, you will learn not only how to plan your meals for a week (or month) but be given the tools to meal plan at home with a printable shopping list and weekly calendar.
About the presenter: Ali Lawrence is the founder and owner of Spirit and Abundance LLC. She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, where she studied Baking and Pastry, and Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Even after all that schooling, Ali found that she was more disconnected from food than ever. After years of struggling with her weight and self-image, she found herself hungry not only for satiating and healthy food, but to reconnect with where her food came from. Ali is a devout tea lover, spiritual seeker, and foodie.
Plant-Based Meal Planning will meet online using Zoom. Some basic knowledge of how to use Zoom is required, such as how to join a meeting. Email invitations will be sent out to registrants 12-24 hours in advance. Don't know how to use Zoom? We've got classes for that! Check out our full events calendar for dates and times.
