Meditation for Beginners In-Person

The benefits of meditation have become widely recognized. What's holding you back from starting a practice? Certified Health Counselor Lori Goldsmith, owner of Upstate Wellness, will explain what meditation really is, the effects it can have on the body, and how you can incorporate meditation techniques into your daily life. She'll lead participants through a guided meditation which will leave you feeling relaxed and inspired. Please register. Participants will receive an email with instructions to log into the program the day of the event. We will be using Zoom, a free web meeting platform.
