This class led by Certified Health Counselor Lori Goldsmith, is perfect for beginners or just for the curious. You don't have to be a master to experience this ancient art by having someone guide you through the process. In this class, you will learn what meditation really is and the effects it can have on the body. You will be able to take these techniques with you to incorporate them into your daily life. Be prepared to leave feeling relaxed and inspired! Registration optional.

Lori is a Certified Health Counselor and the owner and founder of Upstate Wellness. Through her workshops, individual sessions, and retreats, she empowers and inspires clients to take control of their health by planning, setting, and achieving attainable goals. With meal planning, mindfulness practice, and stress-reduction techniques, these help foster healthy, positive, lasting changes to create a more balanced lifestyle.
