Introduction to Mindfulness In-Person
Come join us to learn about the foundations of mindfulness through focused practice on breath, thoughts, emotions, movement, and communication. This program is perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their mindfulness practice.
Chairs will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own cushions, mats, or bolsters if they have them.
