Teen Chocolate Science Class In-Person
Ever wondered why cooking with chocolate has so many rules? You can’t add water, you can’t heat it directly, but WHY? We’ve invited some chocolatiers from Laughing Gull Chocolates to explain it all! We’ll also have hot cocoa to enjoy as we learn. Please register, we only have space for 20 teens.
