Ballroom Dancing for Beginners In-Person

Join us for a beginner-friendly course designed to help you take your first step into the exciting world of ballroom dancing!

Over four weeks, you will learn the fundamentals of:
•    Frame, posture, and partner dance connection
•    Some basic figures and footwork of the following dances: Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha and Swing
•    Social dance/Partner dance etiquette

This series of workshops is great for complete beginners (no prior dance experience required), people who want to learn how to dance, or people who just want to meet new people.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for easy movement. No special dance shoes (or partners) required however; you should bring your friends/family/significant others!

Taught by James Chin of the Lilac Dance Center in Henrietta.

Registering for the first class will register you for all 4 classes.
