Vibrant Watercolors with Everyday Ingredients In-Person

Did you know that you can create beautifyl watercolor paintings using ingerdients you probably already have in your kitchen? That's right! With just a few simple items, you can let your creativity soar and produce stunning works of art. So, why not give it a try and see what you can come up with? This class will be led by Alessandra Otero Ramos. All materials will be provided. Registration Required.

Alessandra Otero Ramos is the Arts and Humanities Librarian at SUNY Geneseo, where she acts as the liaison for the Department of Theatre and Dance, Art History, English, Music, and Philosophy. Additionally, she is a visual artist from Puerto Rico residing in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Her artistic style is shaped by her collaboration with natural color materials, interest in sacred geometry, and affinity for nature. Alessandra examines the connection between art and librarianship, exploring how individual creative pursuits can facilitate collaboration between the library and the community.
